Our story
Shad Heating and Cooling is a Chicago HVAC company that opened in January 2026.
It was started by a working HVAC technician, NATE and EPA 608 certified, who treats every visit as a diagnosis problem: measure first, explain what the numbers mean, then give the price.
Since then we’ve earned BBB accreditation and now run four service vans across Chicago, the north and northwest suburbs and Naperville.
