No heat or no AC?

Run through these quick checks. If the system is still down, call or book and we’ll get a technician scheduled.

Check first

Thermostat is on the right mode (heat or cool) with fresh batteries.
The breaker hasn’t tripped, and the furnace or air handler switch is on.
The filter isn’t clogged. Replace it if it’s dirty.
The outdoor AC unit isn’t blocked by leaves, snow or debris.
No ice on the indoor coil. If there is, switch the AC off and run the fan.

Still not working?

Tell us what the system is doing, what you’ve already tried and your address. That helps us arrive with the right parts. Don’t wait if anyone in the home is very young, elderly or unwell and the house is too hot or too cold.

Smell gas or hear a CO alarm?Leave the home right away and call 911 and your gas utility. Don’t wait for an appointment.
